David presented various ways of explaining the same concept. His support and help was immense. I was elated, tearfully happy on passing the course.
Rose H, St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada
I was apprehensive of taking the course as such subjects were never my strong suit and during the course I was completely behind on all of the topics and understanding levels of the rest of the class. Very relieved after passing and not having to worry about the subject again. I couldn't have done without your help so once again thank you!
Abdullah S, St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada
I was very lost and the professor wasn’t all the best so I reached out to David. David made the tutoring sessions fun and interesting. At the start of the course I didn’t think I would’ve touched an A. But David’s tutoring style was what really helped me understand statistics. I finished with an A in the class which I was very proud about.
Braden F, St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada
Before I met David, I had taken statistics twice. The first time I withdrew and the second time I failed. David had a good understanding of what students struggled with. Honestly, without his help, I would not have done as well as I thought. After passing statistics, my confidence was boosted and I felt I could do difficult stuff.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you tutor?
I tutor university students who must pass a statistics course as part of their degree program. I specialize in tutoring those students who have either failed or fear statistics and need to pass a statistics course. An initial consultation is important so that the weekly online sessions of the tutoring program will ensure your success.
Where does tutoring take place?
Tutoring is offered online only. Sessions are offered in a relaxed yet effective manner.
How often should I attend online tutoring?
Experience shows that the best approach is two 1-hour sessions per week. For the 24-hour tutoring program, it should ideally start at the beginning of your statistics course. The 12-hour program can start later in the semester right up before the final exam.
Do you offer help with completing assignments or completing tests/exams online?
No, as I believe it would not be appropriate to interfere with your evaluation. However, I am more than willing to help you understand your assignment/test results as this is included within the tutoring program.
How much does tutoring cost and how do I pay?
My 24-hour tutoring program is $1,000 and my 12-hour abbreviated tutoring program is $500. These can be paid entirely prior to the 1st tutoring session or can be paid in 2 equal instalments. Payments are made by credit card. For students in Canada, an additional payment option is to use Interac e-transfer.
Is there a minimum commitment and refunds?
Yes, but our refund policy is very generous. The agreement between us pro-rates your refund based on the number of unused sessions.
Can you introduce me to some of your former students so I can learn more about your tutoring program?
Yes, you may connect with my former students via an introductory email. This introduction can be with those former students that have the same degree major that you have (e.g. business, psychology, sociology).
